Mike Phillips

Mike started with Ray White Woodcroft in January 2024 after gaining 10 years of Residential Sales experience working with other real estate brands in Southern Adelaide.

Mike has lived in the Old Reynella and Woodcroft area with his wife, Marnie, and their four daughters since 2000 and they're currently looking forward to building a new home in Hurtle Grove Estate in Old Reynella.

Mike previously worked as a Financial Accountant and then as a Secondary School Teacher (Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics and Physics) before embarking on his real estate career in January 2014. Mike believes that this previous work experience has assisted him in helping his clients achieve their real estate goals.

Mike has strong communication skills and he strives to ensure that he keeps his clients informed and at ease from their first contact right through to after settlement. Mike's strong negotiation skills and buyer management strategies ensures he secures the highest achievable sale prices for his vendors.
